A unique story

The Jewel of Lublin's Past:
Dyehouse, Dry Cleaner and Bathing Plant.

Farbiarska 4 - this was once an extremely important place for the residents of Lublin. A place full of life, providing moments of relaxation and the possibility of physical and mental renewal.

Since 1914, it has belonged to the important Łabędzki family. In 1921, there was a residential house on the plot at 4 Farbiarska Street, and the back of the plot, along its entire width, was occupied by a single-storey, single-bay building housing a dyeworks, laundry and dispatch. The bathing establishment occupied the northern wing of the front building; the laundry was located in an ordinary annex next to the residential part, while the dyeworks and dry cleaning were in a building at the back of the plot.

Farbiarska 4 is a symbol of former glory, reminding us of an important chapter in the history and extraordinary heritage of the city.
